A first for vendors and landlords
Street.co.uk has become the first CRM to launch a dedicated app for vendors and landlords, allowing both parties to access several resources and activities they would usually have to request from their agent.
Homeowners listing with Street.co.uk agents will have complete visibility on the status of their property, all the way from New Listing to Offer Accepted. Reducing time-consuming work for agents and improving the customer experience, Street Move allows consumers to receive viewing requests, feedback and offers, accept, decline or cancel viewings, receive notification of offers and call or email their agent natively in the app.

Crucially, the app does not contain functionality sometimes offered by online agents such as accepting offers, making price changes or seeing feedback direct from the applicant.
Street.co.uk includes secure login and can accommodate more than one property per user, for example in cases where movers are working with multiple agents if they are both buying and selling. Like many of Street.co.uk’s consumer-facing products, the app is agent-branded for a smoother and more consistent client experience.
