The team behind new CRM, Street.co.uk, has launched an updated version of its app that includes improved safety features for agents.

Heather Staff, co-founder of Street, explained one of the new SOS button features: “If at any point, an agent feels uncomfortable during a viewing, they are able to discreetly tap this SOS button and send an instant notification, slack and email to all members of their branch with their location details.” A further development includes the digital storage of access and alarm codes, which are safely secured behind Face ID, fingerprint recognition or passcode.

Katie Darlow, Managing Director of Number One Real Estate said, “The app has been a huge benefit to how we conduct viewings. Relying on paper is messy and it’s so much better relying on the app as my diary, navigator and viewing conductor. What’s more, it’s a huge differentiator when speaking with vendors. We can show them how quickly we can leave feedback and update information and they love it.”

The Street.co.uk app enables agents to take their viewings to the next level, providing all the information an agent needs whilst they’re in the property, vastly improving the experience of the applicant.
