Giraffe360 has added a new video feature that automates marketing content for estate agents and creates stories that can be shared both directly with clients and across social media.

The Giraffe360’ GO CAM camera technology already creates high quality photographs, floor plans and virtual tours without using a third party provider.

We listened to industry feedback and wanted to act quickly.”

Mark Enright, Giraffe360 Global Head of Digital Marketing, told The Neg: “We listened to industry feedback and wanted to act quickly. We’re developing features that agents want – supplying images, videos, analytics faster and better.

“We wanted to provide agents with all forms of digital content needed to list properties effectively online. Video is the last piece in the jigsaw – equipping agents with four content tools, all available at the click of a button.”

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Giraffe360 recently rolled out its rapid Artificial Intelligence (AI) processing feature which streamlines the photo editing process.

Enright says that rather than having to go through each image individually the AI tool can edit content automatically.

He adds: “Our RapidAI is equipped to automate at scale many of the manual tasks and frustrations from the customer’s hands, from GDPR concerns of license plates and faces to window masking and image editing, freeing up our quality assurance and allowing us to focus on both the highest quality and innovation within this sector.”

MIDDLEMEN

Enright told The Neg that he believed the biggest change AI would make in the future will be cutting out middlemen and making customer’s lives easier, streamlining communication, access to high quality content, and increasing the speed of innovation.

He says: “This tech will only make that entire process more seamless for estate agents. The latest video feature is the first step in that regard.”

“Once the camera is placed in the room it will take less than a minute to cover the entire room and come back with a floor plan.

“The virtual tour will then be compressed and can then be used to generate a walk-through video. We’re adding a button to the dashboard which will allow that to then be shared across various social platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and TikTok.”

Subscription-based Giraffe launched in the UK during early 2019 when it moved its HQ from Latvia to London after securing £1 million in seed funding. In November last year it bagged £18 million in new funding including £13.2 million in VC funding led by US venture capital firm Founders Fund.

Giraffe will be unveiling this latest feature later today as part of its Q1 Launch event HERE.
