Leading tech firm reveals ‘AI revolution’ for estate agents
Iceberg Digital reveals Uzair 2.0 claiming it is ‘the most advanced AI ever created for estate agents anywhere in the world’.

In a slick launch event at Stratford’s Olympic Park, Iceberg unveiled its new AI CRM software, Uzair 2.0 which, if it delivers on its promises, will make a significant impact in the estate agency CRM sector.
A system that knows everything about your company and its values.”
Iceberg already incorporates AI into its products, such as its CRM platform, Lifesycle and its Neuron websites, but Uzair 2.0 uses AI across every aspect of CRM processes. The platform manages both sales and lettings.
Founder Mark Burgess makes some bold claims about how it might all work. Using an estate agency’s own data, blogs and communications, he explains, it could undertake a vast range of tasks with minimum input and provide communications that were highly personalised and perfectly on-brand and on-message.
Not cookie-cutter content but the best you’ve ever seen.”
He gave the example of sending out an email. Whether it’s going to a buyer, seller, tenant or landlord, he explained that Uzair will know their full history and what stage they are at in the process. It will also be able to draw on a wealth of local market data, thanks to a tie-up with TwentyEA.
Uzair generates words, facts and images that are specifically tailored for the client and sends out the communication at the appropriate moment in their property journey.
The system, he explained, also helps agents prospect by using data to identify which houses are likely to be sold or rented next and sends them a prospecting email.
Data driven
With access to so many data points, Uzair also carries out analytical work, generating answers to questions such as:
- What is the predicted revenue for the next four months?
- What is the percentage of the asking price achieved in the last 6 months?
- Identify any properties that haven’t had viewings in the last 2 weeks and haven’t had a reduction.
The system is being ‘beta tested’ and won’t be available until later this year, nor has it yet been decided how much it will cost, or whether it will be incorporated into Iceberg’s Lifesycle software. The Neg will keep you up to date with any developments.
