Street.co.uk launches its Property Management arm of their CRM for Estate and Letting Agents tomorrow at 4pm and promises to unveil several innovations never seen before in UK proptech.

While the virtual event will focus on the launch of Property Management and Client Accounting co-founders Heather and Tom Staff are promising to reveal a further eight addons that will enhance the CRM’s sales functionality.

Speaking to The Neg, Heather and Tom were keeping tight-lipped but we can expect innovations with in-app calls, transcription and sentiment analysis, payment automation and management as well as AI-powered image enhancement.

BIG REVEAL

But the big reveal will be in the lettings market.

Heather says: “There are eight new innovations in the existing platform but the big one is lettings. A lot of agents want software that covers lettings as well as it does sales.

We’ve been working on this for over two years now – it’s tried, tested and ready.”
