Results of the estate agency's season sponsorship of the EFL were plain to see for the 20 customers and 10 staff among the 82,000 fans at the match on Sunday.

Snap of the week is this picture of Wembley Stadium taken by a staff member of the Your Move team after the EFL Carabao Cup final between Aston Villa and Manchester City, which United won 2-1.

During the match Wembley Stadium was emblazoned inside and out with the several larger-than-life digital ads for the estate agency, which has signed up to be an EFL sponsor, as well as featuring in  the match programme. The company has also ‘taken over’ its website with a football theme.

Following the estate agency parent group’s decision to reduce the number of Your Move branches last year, the company is using its EFL sponsorship as a way to both lift staff spirits and as a key way to market its services via local branches.

Among the 82,000 people at the game were 20 customers who had won tickets after agreeing to have their homes valued in return for a chance to win the tickets. Winners were from as far afield as Whitley Bay, Whitehaven and Maidstone.

These customers were accompanied by ten employees, who were given tickets after being selected a ‘star performers’ during January, who were given the full ‘prawn sandwich’ treatment in a VIP box.

oliver blakeOliver Blake, Managing Director of Your Move (left), who accompanied some of the Your Move winners to the match, said: It was a great moment to walk down Olympic Way and see Your Move advertised in such an iconic location and to know that the Your Move brand was seen by thousands of football fans.

“The partnership, which continues until the end of the football season, will see Your Move benefit from digital advertising rights across the EFL network and services, local events and promotional rights at the remaining four EFL Finals at Wembley.”
