Rezi’s unique partnership to revolutionise ‘location’ for agents

Dezrez says its new deal with What3words will make locating boards, entrances and local parking much quicker for suppliers and clients.

Estate agency CRM giant Dezrez has launched a property-industry service that will enable agents to revolutionise the way they communicate with clients about location.

Its Rezi platform used by thousands of branches is now integrated with What3Words, a British digital service that has chopped the world’s surface into three-metre squares and given each a unique name.

For example, the three-metre square patch outside the front door of No.10 Downing Street can be found on What3words as ‘petal.truck.windy’.

Dezrez says its integration with this service will enable agents to give property viewers exact locations for hard-to-find properties such as rural hideaways or large blocks of flats, and also locate new build developments or plots of land which don’t have addresses.

Another practical use for the service is that it can be used to an estate agency board supplier exactly where to install or fix a For Sale or To Let board.

Agents can also show viewers and staff where to park, all using Rezi’s new ‘drag and drop’ What3words functionality coupled to a satellite view of the property.

dezrezRichard Milner (pictured), Head of Sales at Dezrez: “A world’s first for proptech, Dezrez’s integration with what3words is ideal for busy estate agents looking to make the viewing process a lot smoother for buyers, sellers and the agents themselves.

“We are delighted to have teamed up with such an exciting and innovative company.”

Luis Glaeser from What3words says: “Over the past year, I’ve been speaking to so many estate agents who were already using what3words for their properties manually.

“They all loved it but always asked for ways to make it easier to integrate into their software.”
