Estate agency marketing firm celebrates 30 years with own festival
NicheCom supplies agents with photography, floorplans, EPCs, marketing brochures and more recently, 3D scans and video – both drone and walkthrough.
NicheCom got into full festival swing earlier this month as it celebrated 30 years providing estate agency marketing services to the sector.
The Wokingham-based firm supplies agents with photography, floorplans, EPCs, marketing brochures and more recently, 3D scans and video – both drone and walkthrough as well as creative.
TALENT
The inaugural NicheCom Festival brought together a number of gourmet food stalls; a bar on a vintage bus to get everyone into the party spirit and a host of local musical talent as well as a Queen tribute act.
The event kicked off with an award ceremony rewarding the great and good of NicheCom followed by a party attended by over 150 people.
Andy South (main picture, right), Founder and Chairman of NicheCom, says: “NicheCom launched in 1993 with just five employees, three of which we’re pleased to say are still within the business.
“The company now enjoys an expanded ‘merry band’ of over 150 employees in the UK, with over 100 production staff in South Africa.
“And an impressive third of UK employees have clocked up over 10 years of service!”
MAINTAINED POSITION
South adds that having ridden out numerous crashes in the property market he’s pleased to have not only maintained company’s market position but also to have grown every year.
He says: “We now count over 1,000 estate agency branches across the UK among our customers, and a significant number have been with us since day one.
“Along with thanking our staff, we’d like to extend our gratitude to each and every client that has supported us along the way.”
