Martyn Gerrard is springing onto the front foot, opening a new flagship office in Hampstead, expanding on the agency’s network across North and North West London.

The expansion into leafy Hampstead comes after the launch of the agency’s Winchmore Hill location at the start of last year and takes the agency’s network to 14 while building on existing operations based in nearby Kentish Town and East Finchley.

SOUGHT AFTER

Hampstead is a highly sought after area for aspiring buyers, coming first in Time Out’s latest survey on the most desirable places to move to in London.

With existing offices also in Crouch End and Muswell Hill, and multiple other locations in the area, Martyn Gerrard is now offering estate and lettings agent services to several of the most highly desirable locations in the country.

Simon Gerrard, Martyn Gerrard Managing Director, says: “Martyn Gerrard prides itself on maintaining a forward-thinking and people-oriented culture that drives success for its people and its clients. The new Hampstead office reflects the agency’s ambitious expansion strategy and future growth plans.”

MOST DESIRABLE

And he adds: “Hampstead has long been regarded as one of the most desirable places in London, and indeed the country, to own a home.

“We are thrilled to have opened the doors of our new office, situated right at the heart of the area and are excited to offer the modern, dynamic and personalised customer-focused, quality estate agents services that Hampstead needs”.

The agency scooped ‘Best London Estate Agent’ as well as recognition in the ‘National Medium Estate Agency of the Year’ and ‘Community Champion of the Year’ categories at The Negotiator Awards 2023.
