Romans has rolled out the Agent Response CRM platform across all of its 250 branches as it looks to capitalise on sales and lettings opportunities in the year ahead.

Agent Response is a specialist lead management, automation, and phone answering platform designed specifically for the sales and lettings industry and is already being used by hundreds of agents across the UK.

PRE-QUALIFY

It aims to generate potential custom, pre-qualified leads and improve the efficiencies of administrative and operational tasks – saving both time and money.

Michael Cook, Group Managing Director at Romans, says: “We introduced Agent Response last year on the Lettings side of our business, and can only note what a positive experience it’s been.

“It’s able to filter through our enquiries, and identify those potential leads that meet the qualifying criteria – which allows us more time to engage with those customers that are serious about pursuing the property.

“Due to this, we’re able to offer a higher quality of customer service, as we can dedicate more time, attention and resources to these customers.

BENEFITS

“Plus, it’s had big benefits on the team, too – they’re able to be more proactive, productive and efficient, as less of their day is taken up dealing with administrative tasks. Instead, they can focus their attention on other aspects of the business, and reinvest their time, making it a win-win all round.”

Leon Blair, Co-Founder at Agent Response, adds: “We created Agent Response to allow sales and lettings agents to provide a better service for their customers and grow revenues whilst saving time, money and hassle in-house.”

Fellow co-founder Mike Nettleton hinted at the Romans deal last December when he unashamedly told The Neg that “there’s a mountain of things to climb when you look at lead management” but that “for every scenario we have built it and what we have built is a monster.”
