Agent Response has announced the launch of an Agent Payment Platform and online store which its says will not only streamline transactions but will also diversify agents’ services and boost their incomes.
The online store will enable estate agents to sell a variety of products and services on their websites including property sale marketing packs, EPCs, AML checks and bespoke home finder services.

In addition, Agent Response says the new payment system will simplify the transactions process of these products and services, improve cash flow, and transform compliance tasks into lucrative revenue-generating opportunities.
Revenue
The company tells The Neg that the system has already been tested by a six-branch agency. In one month, 137 orders were processed, generating an extra income of £30,000 or £5,000 per office. The transactions included a mix of AML checks, property sale marketing packs, and EPC certificates.
According to Agent Response it can all be done using existing websites and can be set up in just one week.
The company’s lead management, automation, and phone answering platform are already being used by sales and lettings agents across the UK and it has regularly featured in The Neg, including a recent 250 branch deal with Romans.
